How to Sign up for and Purchase Goldrush Tickets

Goldrush online is a raffle program where ticket buyers have the chance to consistently play the same ticket number on an online 50/50.

This means ticket buyers can continually support the same great cause week after week and buy tickets in advance for up to 52 draws.

How to Purchase, Sign up, or Activate your Account

1. From the raffle page, click the "Purchase Tickets" button beneath the listing of ticket prices
   
   
2. You will be taken to a screen in which you may select the the option that applies to your purchasing experience. These are options are:
   
   

   First time playing Goldrush? – If you’ve never played a Goldrush raffle in any capacity, this will allow you to create a unique player number and get in on the action right away. Once you verify in your email, you’ll then be able to purchase online or in person using your number and purchaser details.

   First time playing Goldrush online? – If you’ve purchased at an in-store location but have never purchased online. From here you can activate your existing player number and start purchasing tickets through our online Goldrush portal.

   Already played Goldrush online? – This option will take you straight to checkout, where you can purchase your tickets as usual!
   
   
   How to Purchase for Existing Players
   
   If you've already played online and are ready to purchase tickets, select "Already played Goldrush online" to proceed to check out.
   
   

3. You will be taken to a screen in which you can select your ticket packages, and number of draws that you're purchasing for. In the example below, a "25 for $10" package is selected, for 20 weeks. This means that you are purchasing 25 tickets for 10 draws, at $10 each. This purchase will be done in a single transaction, as opposed to weekly charges. You can click and drag the "Number of Draws" slider to select the number of draws you're purchasing for. After you've finished your selection, check off the "I am 19 years or older" check box, and click "Continue to Payment"
   
   
   
   
4. You will be presented with the check out form, with the contents of your cart displaying at the top of the page. Review these details to ensure if you have selected the appropriate ticket packages and number of weeks. The date of the draw you are paid up to will be displayed here as well.
   
   
   
   
5. You must ensure that the E-mail Address, Phone Number, First and Last Name you enter when checking out match those on file for your player number.
   
   If you receive a message that states "E-mail / phone number already in use", this indicates that the information you've entered does not match your player number. You can contact Support for assistance if you are unsure of how to proceed.
   Once your information is entered, click "Purchase" at the bottom of the page to finalize your transaction. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order; this confirmation will include the date that your order is paid to.
   
   

New Players

1. From the raffle page, click the "Purchase Tickets"
   
   
   
   
2. Click "Create a new Goldrush account" on the next screen
   
   
   
   
3. Fill out the information on the form your are presented with, and click "Submit" when you're finished.
   
   
   
   
4. You will receive an Activation e-mail to the address used to fill out the previous form. Check your inbox for this e-mail, and click the "Activate my Goldrush Online account" button to generate a player number
   
   
   
   
5. You will be sent an additional e-mail, which contains your player number, and a direct link to the Goldrush event you signed up for.
   
   

Existing Players

1. If you've played Goldrush previously at a physical location, and would like to start purchasing online, you'll need to register your player number. From the raffle page, click the "Purchase Tickets" button.
   
   
   
   
2. Click "Activate your online Goldrush account" on the next screen
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your personal details on the next form, starting with your player number. This number can be found on a ticket receipt from a previous draw. After you've finished entering this information, click "Submit" to be sent an activation e-mail
   
   **NOTE that the phone number you enter needs to correspond with the phone number you've previously used to purchase tickets. If you run into any issues with this portion of the form, contact Support for assistance
   
   
   
   
4. You will receive an Activation e-mail to the address used to fill out the previous form. Check your inbox for this e-mail, and click the "Activate my Goldrush Online account" button to activate your online account
   
   
   
   
5. You will be sent an additional e-mail, which contains your player number, and a direct link to the Goldrush event you signed up for. You can now proceed to purchase your tickets. Scroll further down this document for purchase instructions.
   
   

How to Check the Status of your Subscription:

1. On the raffle page, click "Goldrush Player Check". Enter your player number and either your email or phone number, and then click "Check Status".
