When placing an order you should receive a 6-digit confirmation number on screen when the order is successful. Shortly following the completion of your order, you will receive a ticket confirmation email with your ticket numbers.
If you receive an error message when placing your order but see a pending charge on your credit card statement, the pending charge will be reversed. The purchase process is similar to a preauthorized gas payment. The bank will list the charge as pending on your statement then verify the transaction information. If the bank cannot verify the transaction, the pending charge is later cleared.
