When placing an order you should receive a 6-digit confirmation number on screen when the order is successful. Shortly following the completion of your order, you will receive a ticket confirmation email with your ticket numbers.
If you receive an error message when placing your order but see a pending charge on your credit card statement, the pending charge will be reversed. The purchase process is similar to a preauthorized gas payment. The bank will list the charge as pending on your statement then verify the transaction information. If the bank cannot verify the transaction, the pending charge is later cleared.

Good afternoon! I just received a notification from you, regarding the collection of 10.00 dollars for an alleged claim on my part to the bank. Probably some mistake. You tell me that my email will be placed on a blacklist, as it is your decision. although you may notice that after that date I have continued contributing to the purchase of tickets. It's your decision. The most I can do is pay the small contribution that has affected you so much, and I apologize for hurting your feelings. Please tell me the payment method to correct such a serious mistake....since in the future I will not participate in additional ticket purchases, because you located me on your blacklist.
